I just discovered the best seasonings ever. It's so freaking good. This is Gordon Ramsay Seasonings, and it comes five in a pack, all for different types of meat, but I'm gonna use the Smashing Salmon. You are going to butter up your salmon, get up all up in there, slap it on, get in all those creases, and it's time to cook. I added some oil to my hex-clad pan, which is also Gordon Ramsay's. 10 out of 10 recommend, it's non-stick. And I let it cook for a few minutes, and voila, perfection. Tastes so good, I didn't need any other seasonings.
