this, pretty much it's like a mushroom supplement powder. So it's got a bunch of like really great life-giving adaptogens as I call it. So this is kind of like their all-in-one blend as I've kind of read about it because I looked at a couple different blends from this specific brand. But this one has Mishima, Reishi, Lion's Mane, Maitake, a bunch of other stuff and it's supposed to just help you feel overall like more energized and happier and better about everything. Which hence the name Life Blend. So I'm going to be trying it in my espresso this morning and I do also notice that with coffee in general you tend to crash and this is actually supposed to help the crash. I didn't record yesterday. I had zero crash. I was energized and active the whole day and overall just like my mood felt better. I was trying to think maybe it's the placebo effect but I genuinely had kind of like low expectations and kept telling myself that mentally so I could try and counteract the placebo effect. So I'm going to review the Organic Super Spores Non-Fungible Mushrooms Lift Powder. I do work out a good amount, but I don't really like processed stuff, so I don't do a pre-workout or anything like that. And I probably should. So we're going to see if I can get more of my workouts using this. I've already put it in my nice little glass, and I've just kind of mixed it up. It smells a lot like cocoa powder, and it has a very subtle, very earthy taste. It's not like a strong taste. It's not like a lot going on. It kind of just tastes like... It tastes like the way mushrooms smell and like cocoa. So we are going to drink this. I'm going to go do back day, and I will come back, and we'll see if I notice anything.

Okay, so I am trying these mushrooms, um, and I'm gonna drink this and then go work out in half an hour and see if I have a good workout. And, um, taste-wise, it doesn't taste like much. It tastes like mushrooms and cocoa. Very subtle. Like, refreshing. It's actually pretty good. I was expecting it to be kind of gross.

So this is the second time that I've used this. I took this half teaspoon in water. I warmed up, biked around a little bit, ran some errands, and then I did like an hour and a half workout. I definitely felt energized. It was a good workout. I don't know how much of that I'm gonna merit to this. I did not get a lot of sleep last night, and usually that means I'll be like yawning and really tired at the gym, and I wasn't. So I definitely feel energized, and I feel good at the gym when I take this, but also sometimes I do that without this. So I'm gonna use this more and see if I'm actually noticing a consistent difference when I use this versus when I don't, and I will check back in. But no jitters, nothing bad. Tastes fine, tastes like unsweetened cocoa powder and dirt, but in like a.

Hey everyone this is for Non-Fungible Mind. This is a packet of adaptogens made from mushrooms said to help with brain processing and overall I do think it's a good product. I thought it had a pretty mild flavor so if you add it to you know some kind of beverage it's easy to get down. I don't know that I would take it straight but I liked you know the ingredients. I did feel like I had more focus when I had it so overall this is a win for me and I'm gonna be trying some of their other formulas as well.
